Terms of Service

Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the intellectual property rights to the audio files, images, and text you upload to Threnic ("User Assets"). Furthermore, you own the final video output generated using the Service, subject to the license granted below regarding the underlying software assets.

Your Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all "User Assets" you upload.

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Assets solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Threnic offers a free tier as well as optional paid plans ("Paid Plans"), currently a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. We may change pricing prospectively; any change will not affect the price of an active subscription term until its next renewal.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; that information is handled by Stripe under its own terms and security standards. By purchasing a Paid Plan you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms.

Automatic Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, and your payment method will be charged automatically, until you cancel. The lifetime purchase is a single charge and does not renew.

Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from within the Service. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain paid access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except as described below, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable, and all sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The free tier lets you evaluate the Service's full feature set before purchasing, so we do not offer discretionary or "change of mind" refunds. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, EU/UK rights of withdrawal), which we will honor to the extent required.

Free Tier & Advertising: The free tier may display advertising and produces watermarked exports. By using the free tier you agree that we may place advertising on the Service.

No Uptime Guarantee: The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time or for any particular duration, and we do not offer a service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee for any plan, including Paid Plans. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or perform maintenance, at any time. A purchase of a Paid Plan is not conditioned on any specific level of availability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NXN TECHNOLOGIES LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NXN TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
